[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new Samsung dishwasher with power wash. Its quiet and my dishes come out super clean every time. It has all the different wash modes to cover any wash scenario you need. also energy star rated so able to use anytime of day and not worry about the cost. It also releases the door at cycle end to help with drying and cooling of the dishes and machine which i like because you know the cycle is done when the door pops open.

The design is very clean and uses just a few exterior lights to show the status. The sanitize and dry assist features are our favorite! We've never had any issues with cleaning or backups. It is adjustable to accommodate taller plates; and with the top rack there is some adjustment needed from time to time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the dishwasher works pretty good considering it's Samsung. When I bought this dishwasher, I bought it as a set of 4. So I bought the dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. Within three months, the microwave was not heating. Within 11 months, my refrigerator had a critical failure that required a full refund. I was 2/4 on appliances. I have owned this dishwasher for a year now and so far so good! In terms of noise, it is a bit louder than I would like, but it's not something that I would call a con. It's not a big deal. It drys dishes well and cleans them great! I'd say it's pretty efficient. One thing I do not like is that when is done and opens up to dry, it doesn't open as much as I would like. It's not enough to not recommend it though. It's also easy to get to components to clean! All in all, so far, I would buy this dishwasher again.

The door will not stay down all the way unless there is weight on it, which is highly annoying. Some of the Fold down pieces in the racks fold down a little too easily.

Love everything except the way the door opens does NOT open flat Also don't like there is not a pamphlet about how to use. Happy to save trees make a video to show me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this new dishwasher and gotta say, it's super quiet, which is a huge plus! It seems really efficient with the water and energy too. However, I've noticed it doesn't quite get everything sparkling clean like my old one did. Despite that one little drawback, I'm still pretty happy with the purchase overall. It's a solid appliance with some great features.

The rectangular Smart Dry duct cover is located next to the silverware basket. The problem is that the cover can be easily dislocated when a utensil in the basket catches onto the edge of the cover as the bottom dishrack is pulled out. When the cover gets dislocated, a water leaks occurs and causes an LC error code. Hopefully this feedback will lead Samsung to improve the duct cover design or change the duct location. In the meantime, I do not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher with the Smart Dry system.

After 5 years waterwall quit working. Pots and pans on lower rack were not getting cleaned. 3 months after 5 years warranty ran out. After I had to replace high end Samsung washer and dryer a few months ago and now this. I will be going with another highly recommended brand. Phones are great appliances not so much.
