[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet and seems to be very efficient. We have started using the quick wash and it is getting our dishes clean in about an hour. We've only used the StormWash part a few times on really dirty things like the crockpot and it's worked well. I like that the racks are adjustable and we love the silverware tray on top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is amazing. I don't know it is running it is so quiet and the app then tells me when it is done. The energy saving is twice my kitchen aid. The over all dishwashing time is cut in half due do the pressure of the cleaning cycle and drying cycle. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Decent dishwasher. Although I’m Not pleased with the rack configuration options. If you have square plates they will slip and slide and move around potentially interfering with the washer arm. Only round plates work well in this washer. Also, a lot of wasted space in the center of lower rack. Feels like I’m not able to optimize my loads. 2nd rack for cups is great, you fit a lot here. 3rd rack is also good, but not a lot of things can fit here, obviously only flat items or cutlery. The first 10-12 washes were not great, almost like it had to be “broken in”. But since then the washes have been cleaned to my expectations. This washer seems to work better with pods rather than gel detergent. Run time is very long. Shockingly long. But it’s extremely quiet when running, except when it drains the water when it almost scares you out of your seat.

Dishwasher cleans well and is exceptionally quiet. However, there is a massive design flaw where the vent fan cover will fall off and cause leakage into the bottom of the dishwasher. This will cause the appliance to not work until ALL condensation is removed from the bottom. You either have to wait for it to dry on its own (days) or remove it from your counter, flip it on its side, remove the bottom cover and dry it manually. The cover can fall off on its own or if a loaded item rotates it 45 degrees.

It doesn't clean well. It doesn't dry well. It leaves spots despite the rinse aid. The service man says it doesn't have a heater so it's not going to dry well. It was a nightmare getting a service man to come out! On the plus side, it looks nice and is very quiet.

Although this dishwasher does a great job of cleaning, it just isn't practical. I have average size dishes but the racks cannot be raised or lowered enough to accomodate tall glasses or plates. If I raise the rack to fit my plates then my glasses don't fit. On top of that the power cord doesn't fit into the outlet that also houses the garbage disposal. So I have to plug/unplug my garbage disposal every time I use it. The top rack is just not that useful.

The rectangular Smart Dry duct cover is located next to the silverware basket. The problem is that the cover can be easily dislocated when a utensil in the basket catches onto the edge of the cover as the bottom dishrack is pulled out. When the cover gets dislocated, a water leaks occurs and causes an LC error code. Hopefully this feedback will lead Samsung to improve the duct cover design or change the duct location. In the meantime, I do not recommend buying a Samsung dishwasher with the Smart Dry system.

After 5 years waterwall quit working. Pots and pans on lower rack were not getting cleaned. 3 months after 5 years warranty ran out. After I had to replace high end Samsung washer and dryer a few months ago and now this. I will be going with another highly recommended brand. Phones are great appliances not so much.
