If RXO is your carrier for delivery and installation, you should never buy this from Sam’s club. I purchased this dishwasher on 08/28/2024 on Sam’s club website because they offered free delivery, installation plus parts, and a haul-away. On the first visit, the technician didn’t bring the parts for installation (a power cord and water lines). They just left a dishwasher and asked me to reschedule the remaining services. It took me 5 days and multiple phone calls to reschedule the incomplete services. Finally, the second visit for the installation was rescheduled for 11am-3 pm on 09/20/2024. But, RXO failed to add the haul-away for the work order. I had to call RXO again. RXO refused to combine the installation and the haul-away on the same day. They instructed me to reschedule the haul-away separately. On the second scheduled service day, I discovered that RXO updated my service status to “unable to perform” just an hour and 20 minutes before the appointment window. This time the technician went to the wrong house at the wrong time. I immediately called RXO since they visited the wrong house less than 20 minutes ago. But, they didn’t help me contact the technician to revisit my house during the original appointment window. Instead, they told me to reschedule the installation for three days later. When RXO was trying to reschedule the installation for the third visit, I was still waiting to be contacted for the separate haul-away scheduling. If RXO is your carrier, you’ll never have your new dishwasher delivered and installed and an old one hauled away on the same day. RXO offered me zero customer service. They never called me back after telling me someone would get back to me. I initiated the return process of this dishwasher. Now I have to wait again for RXO to schedule the pick-up. Sam’s Club needs to find a better carrier.

I really like the tray at the top for cleaning small parts for baby Bottles and pump parts. Very quiet and really enjoy the connection with the Samsung app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher is amazingly quiet and cleans very well. We've been very pleased with this unit overall. The price was very good especially considering some of the features. The user interface and operations are not very intuitive and I'm sure there's things I still don't understand. The unit did not come with instructions for use or installation. Also, it's apparently a standard situation that dishwashers do not include any equipment needed for installation whether it be hoses, brackets or anything else. No instructions and no installation bits? That's odd.

It’s super quiet (you can barely tell it’s running) and it cleans really well—even tough, stuck-on dishes with the StormWash+ feature. The Smart Dry + AutoRelease door works great, so dishes come out noticeably drier than our old unit. I also really like the third rack for extra space and the black stainless finish looks premium in the kitchen. Overall, excellent performance, very quiet, and worth it.

Not completely sold on the adjustable height for the middle rack - seems like if lowered to accommodate wine glasses it is too low for large plates in the bottom, but the flexibility is nice. I liked the Bosch I had previously, but drying was an issue for that one.

My previous competitor model took over 3 hours to clean and the motor broke down after 4 years. The drying function is also very efficient. The door opens automatically to remove moisture.

This dishwasher has been very impressive with its whisper-quiet running and also on how it handled tough food residue with ease, and consistently delivered spotless dishes. Its cleaning performance has out matched what we had before in every aspect of cleaning and drying without leaving the white water spots or any residue. Then automatically opens when cycle is finished to help draw in dry air to completely dry the dishes. Wonderful dishwasher.

The controls are easily accessible which touch sensors rather than buttons to push. Once initiated the dishwasher runs quietly and smoothly. The dishes, glassware, silverware and utensils have always been thoroughly cleaned. I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it.
