[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung dishwasher is quiet, looks great and has lots of space. It is easy to use-buttons are located on the top of the recessed handle and they are very clear. Storm wash, sanitize, auto wash, heavy wash, etc. and the time shows so you know how long the dishwasher will run. It is also super quiet, you can barely tell when it’s on. It also has a lot of space. We wash our dishes less frequently because the dishwasher can hold so much. The only downside is not with the dishwasher, the delivery service took very long as they had to bring three different dishwashers - each one had damage and we just decided to keep the last one because it was such a hassle. Other than that, I have been quite happy with the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a beautiful job. Dishes and even plastic are dry and clean at the end of a cycle. I would give it a 5 except that the door doesn’t open flat. Unless you have the bottom rack all the way out, you have to hold it open so you can’t open the door and slip in a plate and some silverware. You have to roll out the rack which is super annoying. This may have been an installation problem but they weren’t able to rectify it when they came back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try out a new dishwasher that had improvements with drying, as that always seems to be an issue with new dishwashers, including my last dishwasher. After several weeks of use I love the Samsung dishwasher with it's smart dry features! It has several different cleaning and drying options, and I love that it will open at the end of the cycle to improve the dish drying. I've been very happy with the cleaning cycles, there are lots of options to choose from based on your needs, from bottom rack only, to storm wash. I'm also very happy with the rack configuration, it's not overly complicated and is easy to fit all the different dish types on both the top and bottom racks. For those that love Yeti cups as much as me, you can fit a full size Yeti tumbler in the top rack, which was such a pleasant surprise and the only dishwasher I've used that can do that! The stainless finish stays surprisingly clean, even with kids and dog that like to mess with it regularly. The buttons and options are intuitive and I was able to get comfortable with it in short time. I don't see a lot of value in the smart things app for the dishwasher, so haven't used it I highly recommend this dishwasher for anyone looking to upgrade their dishwashing experience and have the dishes actually come out dry after a cycle.

Love that I can do specific trays for a wash and not the whole thing, when I just want all the glasses washed. Low on electricity, which is nice in this climate, very pleased

Upon arrival the dishwasher seemed very well built. The unit is very quiet when running, does a fantastic job cleaning my dishes. The notifications via WiFi are great.

I cannot fit large pans in the lower tray even after adjusting the height. I also have trouble fitting regular bowls and large glasses in the upper tray. Very disappointing.

It is a very modern, beautiful design, perfect matching for our kitchen and the recessed handle makes it more elegant. This is another Samsung appliance, and we love it. The dishwasher is quiet that you don’t even know that is working and that is amazing, efficient, and smart! I love that we can add all our Samsung appliances in one app. I love this smart thing when I can start, stop,or delay the dishwashing cycle. Timer that is displayed showing us the time when the cycle will be completed is also very convenient. Three rack system is amazing. The upper rack for cutlery is very useful and we can load more items. We can also use the basket but when we have more items the basket can be easily removed from the dishwasher and we can load more items. This is very useful after some parties. One rack is adjustable and it also helps us with loading bigger items and not washing by hand. Stormwash+system works excellent with all hard-to-clean items just simply we need to put that item above the stormwash wheel. We have also option a quick 60 minute cycle for not so dirty items or smaller loads.  This dishwasher is also energy star certified so it means saving on energy and water with each cycle. This is the best dishwasher I ever had and really love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 3 year old Samsung with a water wall. I liked it, but the water wall sadly stopped working so dishes weren't getting cleaned and it started leaking every time we washed. This new unit said it was 3 dBA more but can't hear the difference. We have a open living/kitchen so if we run it while we're a wake we didn't want it to be load. It passes that test. I like the autorelease door, which we also had on our other one, so definetly didn't want to loose that. Having the water spin the parts on the bottom is definitely the way to go! I wanted to stay Samsung as weverything from TVs, appliances to phones are all Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and so far it has been great. Even the express wash leaves everything sparkling. My only issue was fitting it into the pre-existing space due to the hose in the back getting in the way. Design is a bit faulty as hose should be moveable to both sides. All in all i got it to fit, but it shouldn't be as hard as it was.
