We removed the lower utensil basket in favor of more room for plates and bowls. Having the third drawer rack for utensils makes for easy categorizing and putting them away. Best feature is how quiet it is! It really is whisper quiet and you have to put your rear to it to even heat it with ambient backgrounds noise.

After exactly 13 months (how convenient, just out of warranty) this piece of crap won't spray water at all!! I've checked everything and I cannot figure out the problem! No water means no cleaning! worked great before it didn't! checked to make sure no clogs and there wasn't. hoses all correctly installed so I just don't understand

The easy to use adjustable racks are so awesome and useful for on the fly changes to fit you different dishes. I also love the revamped soap and jet dry dispensers. Every thing is so well thought out You can definitely tell Samsung was listening to us and made a special dishwasher to rule all dishwashers lol. Honestly if your on the fence because maybe a dishwasher has let you down in the past. Jump off and Stop doing those dishes by hand. let Samsung jet wash+ this true diamond in the kitchen do the dirty work. It will definitely leave your dishes clean and a smile on your face. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the top tray to clean silverware and knives. I seldom use the provided basket which gives me more room for other dishes. The storm wash is handy for cleaning my air fryer baskets and trays and other items that i used to hand scrub. I'm still getting use to the door popping open. I may not need my Clean/Dirty magnet any more. I frequently use the height adjustment on the second rack. This surprised me.But now I can put saucers and desert plates in the second rack making room for larger items on the bottom. 1 month, so far so good. This machine feels bigger than my previous model. I suspect it is the 3rd rack and adjustable 2nd rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded to this model from another Samsung model and honestly, this is a HUGE difference. The racks are pretty much customizable to what your needs are and you can even adjust the stick up things on the bottom. Overall, a pretty quiet machine, our only issue is sometimes water is left on the top of the glasses which is probably our fault. We use cascade and don't have any spot issues and no etching problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was excited to try out a new dishwasher that had improvements with drying, as that always seems to be an issue with new dishwashers. i love this dishwasher with it's smart dry features! it has several different cleaning and drying options, and i love that it will open at the end of the cycle to improve the dish drying. i've been very happy with the cleaning cycles, there are lots of options to choose from based on your needs. i'm also very happy with the rack configuration, it's not overly complicated and is easy to fit different dish types on both the top and bottom racks. for those that love yeti cups, you can fit a full size yeti tumbler in the top rack, which was such a pleasant surprise! i highly recommend this dishwasher for anyone looking to upgrade their dishwashing experience

Our old GE dishwasher died after 7 years and after much deliberation, we opted to get a Samsung dishwasher at the recommendation of family and oh my goodness, it did not disappoint. Has few very useful programs, not to many which is very good to do not confuse yourself. Fingerprint resistant finish looks very classy, shiny interior also looks awesome. StormWash option is the best idea for dishwasher. I'm definitely a big fan of it . Control panel is very easy to work with. There is no need to check how much time is left if you use The Smart Things App in your phone. You can start, stop and pause washing and also it will notify you when it's done. Third rack on the top inside is very helpful. This is the special place for cutlery and bigger knifes. Also Smart Dry function with auto release door is very cool and helpful to make your dishes clean and dry. I'm very satisfied of this product and I'm looking forward some other Samsung products !

Went in for a upgraded pricey model with overall better design and features and very happy so far . Only wish there was a pre-wash included in the main wash cycle and not as expensive.
