[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] elegant dishwasher, super quiet. the smart features in the app are very useful. as i walk up to bed i can simple ask bixby to start the dish washer. it shows you how much time is left, allows you to save settings and cycles. this dishwasher is our new favorite thing in our kitchen. everyone who comes by always asks about it and looks inside and out. the recessed handle makes it more elegant. we are very please with our new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher roughly 1 month ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. It replaced a 12 year old Amanda dishwasher that was plastic and was loud enough that when it was on, we had to turn the TV volume up in order to hear the TV. The touch interface is really nice and the different setting work really well. The wash quality from my old dish washer to this one was night and day, I am able to fit everything I did in my old dish washer plus more. We use chopsticks a lot and having the third utensils rack is a blessing. No more. Trying to find space on the grates to place the chopsticks so they don’t fall through and stop the waster from rotating. Delivery service was A++ as well, can in took away the old washer and dropped the new one off. Easy and old took 10 minutes. All hookups worked with my existing setup and it was extremely easy to install, so I saved money on the installation. There are tons of Samsung dishwasher tutorials online and if you feel comfortable enough to do it, it’s not a long process.

The automatic door opening after end of the cycle is awesome and the dishwasher is really quiet. Not sure how smart features integrate with iPhones but I have a Samsung phone and SmartThings app works flawlessly. Overall very satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dishwasher is a sexy work of art! The house we bought last year came with a builder grade dishwasher that has been really disappointing as far as cleaning and how noisy it is when it runs... So noisy that we couldn't run it at night because it would keep us up. We jumped on the opportunity to upgrade to a Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ through the Insiders Try It program when they became available. I'm so glad we did! We've been using it at least once a day for the last almost two weeks and are 100% please with the purchase. The StormWash+ has this amazing third row for large utensils, the rack height is more adjustable than other dishwashers we've tried, and also has more wash settings. The overall appearance is sleek and completely fingerprint (and dog paw/nose) resistant. The other thing I love about this DW is that the display controls are actually hidden once you close the door, so no more bumping into it and turning it on or off mid cycle. It's also smart enough to tell you when the Finish is low and needs to be replaced AND you can start it with your phone (as long as the door is closed and you have wifi). Have you ever had trouble with your dishes completely drying once the cycle was completed? Not in this model... The door automatically opens to allow more airflow for dryer dishes and spot free glassware. Over all the dishes are SO much cleaner with this model (DW80B7070US) than I've experienced with any other. We've always pre-washed all of our dishes before adding them to the dishwasher but you don't have to do that with this one. The extra jets and turbo functions on this model are so reliable that you don't have to waste water pre-washing. My favorite thing about this DW is that it's so quiet that we thought it wasn't working... And it's been that quiet for each load we've run since. The only noice it makes is when it's done and when the water drains. Do yourself a favor and just upgrade your dishwashing experience now and thank me later!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the feature set of this model. It is quiet and the racks well organized. But, we've had installation issues. The unit doesn't fully drain the water at the end. After multiple visits by Samsung techs and plumbers, the issue appears to be with the unit itself. We are waiting on a replacement. I would like to review it again after that occurs and the issues are resolved.

I don't recommend the basic installation that is included with Sam's club, they basically came to install the dishwasher then leave in a hurry before confirming that everything was correctly installed. But after reading the appliance installation manual, they were dismissed to connect the drain hose to the air gap item, instead they connected directly to the disposal garbage and the drain hose completely flat in the ground, this final installation from their service will be a future water problem in my kitchen. I'm afraid of using the kitchen sink right now with any dirty water returning to the dishwasher and then out of it underneath. Any service related to Sam's club (including pickup order) is trash!! PD: I'm contacting a local plumber to fix this problem.

The black stainless steel design adds a sleek touch to my kitchen. Overall, I'd give this dishwasher two thumbs up, it's efficient, quiet, and stylish!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace the one that came with my new home build. I expected a better experience, but wow, this dishwasher is hands down the best dishwasher I’ve own so far. The finish is sleek and elegant, and perfectly matches other black stainless-steel appliances from Samsung. I love the fact that the control buttons are on top of the dishwasher and not the front, it just makes it look so much nicer than anything else. It does get fingerprints on the finish, but it’s less noticeable than other stainless-steel appliances I’ve own. One of the reason’s you buy this dishwasher is for Smart Things integration, which works great. Connecting it to Smart Things is simple and it’s nice to get notifications, especially when you can’t quite remember if you turned on the dishwasher the night before. Outside of checking the status of the dishwasher, you can make adjustments, but you need to turn on the smart control feature on first. The AutoRelease Door is awesome, it opens quietly and lets out a lot of the moister. By the time the drying cycle is done, the dishes are super dry, It’s amazing. The cleaning performance is top notch. Historically, I’ve pre-cleaning dishes since my other dishwashers haven’t been able to clean dirty dishes well. This dishwasher is able to clean those dirty dishes I would never dream of putting in my old dishwasher. I’ve tried the normal, heavy, and express options, they all seem to do a great job. For reference, I did keep the same dishwasher cleaning pod as my last dishwasher. It's also really, really quiet. My previous dishwashers were so loud, I would never turn it on during the day, I just couldn’t listen to music, have a conversation, or watch TV (Open floor plan). It’s so quiet, I often forget it’s even on when I turn it on during the day and it’s why I call it the cleaning ninja. It’s just so nice to be able to turn it on any time of the day and not have to wait until the night to run the dishwasher. The 3rd top rack is nice to get all your utensils clean, it does take more time to load the utensils on the 3rd rack, but they come out so clean. I leave a space between each utensil and I’ve never had an issue. The 2nd rack has 2 heigh settings, which allows you to either have more space for the 1st or 2nd. I’ve left it on the lower setting, giving more room on the 2nd rack. Plates on the first rack can either be set to be very vertical, but I’ve found that leaning them gives me the best results.
