Very clean - tough to load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher does a good job cleaning but it’s strange to load. I can’t fit as much in the dishwasher as my old one meaning 2 loads per day instead of 1. Also the bottom rack comes off the track when pulling it out to load it.

Buyer beware

Purchase in Nov 2022. Installed in Dec 2023 after a delay in scheduling with Samsung after we paid for installation. 1.5 years later and it’s no longer working. Acts like it’s running but no water goes into the machine. We’ve checked the fill valve and supply line. Repair man says the mother board must be broken. Of course it’s conveniently just outside the warranty window.

Super quiet and feature rich!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed how quiet this dishwasher really is. I liked how well it cleaned and I must have forgotten that it had the feature to pop open the door at the end of the cycle to help dry the dishes. I was SUPER impressed. I also connected it to my phone not thinking I would need that but love how it notified me when the cycle was done. Love it! I was provided a discount on this dishwasher to provide an honest review of it.

Smart, quite, and washes really well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a highly rated dishwasher with lots of features...this was it. It dries super fast, the door pops open by itself to help it dry super fast. It's also a smart device, so it works with my Smart Things App...it even told me to do a clean cycle. I really like it.

Leaks, leaks, and more leaks.

This dishwasher has been nothing but trouble since day one. A part was leaking on the first day. Eventually that part was replaced, but the new part continued a slow leak (undetected for a while) until the replacement part just fell off. I've tried to fix that part multiple times, but the leak always comes back. Judging from other reviews, this appears to be a common problem with Samsung dishwashers. Outside of that, the dishwasher doesn't clean nearly as well as my last dishwasher. I don't think I'll be buying another Samsung appliance.

Samsung needs to improve longevity of products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very overly complicated dishwasher in terms of different modes and options but does a much better job than previous model. Is a tad louder than last model but overall a good one ... so far. Only had it for a month so fingers crossed it last longer than 5 yrs which was the last one when it went bad.

Dead on arrival ...

Looks great, but DOA (dead on arrival). They can get a service tech to contact me in a week to schedule a visit. A week wait just to schedule the service, not for any actual service. Brand new house, newborn, and a toddler ... just one more headache I didn't need. Some quality control would be nice ...

Do not purchase

I purchased my Samsung dishwasher five years ago. Had a brand new kitchen only appliances and had to replace it because the tub rusted out. Do not buy Samsung does not stand behind your products. The right thing to do is to replace the tub at their expense a tub should not be rusted out in five years when the dishwasher was hardly used

Fantastic Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this just in time for my family visiting for Thanksgiving. We have run this continuously since my extended family is here and we have mountains of dishes. Through all of its washing cycles I tend to forget the dishwasher is on since it is SO QUIET! We were even washing dishes during the big Thanksgiving games and didn’t even realize the washer was running. This a a HUGE improvement over my old dishwasher and the smart things App makes it even better!

Absolute Garbage!

Absolute Garbage! Terrible dishwasher and even worse customer service to boot. this thing has more electronic control boards than a spaceship, and when one fails the machine is worthless. Talking from experience. So if it is under warranty, Samsung will send out some rum dumb third party servicer who could not care less about your dishwasher, your time or the inconvenience it causes. Avoid samsung appliances all together.
