[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher to replace the one we had that was 20 years old. Our old one did a good job cleaning, but this dishwasher does a much better job and we love that it is very quiet and we no longer need to pre-rinse things and they almost always come out very clean, especially using the Stormwash+ setting. We also love the display that shows the time remaining for the wash to be completed and also the alerts that you can get through your mobile phone. Overall, we are very happy we upgraded to this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in dire need of an updated one for my previous model was out of commission after four years of use. My first impression of the new Samsung dishwasher was that it was sleek and looks like it can hold a whole lot. We do have a big household so that is a plus. I love the different options it has as well. After a few uses, the dishwasher didn't seem roomy enough, so I took out the utensil rack on the bottom rack and utilized the very top rack. After finding out how to arrange the utensils on the top rack, it was a game changer. LOVE how clean and organized it is. It is SO quiet. The only thing I would change about this dishwasher is for it to have a dry option by itself. Also- there is a slight delay when choosing the options. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

Absolute Garbage! Terrible dishwasher and even worse customer service to boot. this thing has more electronic control boards than a spaceship, and when one fails the machine is worthless. Talking from experience. So if it is under warranty, Samsung will send out some rum dumb third party servicer who could not care less about your dishwasher, your time or the inconvenience it causes. Avoid samsung appliances all together.

purchased on 9/3 and it showed delivery 9/9-9/19. received notification to call Samsung on 9/9 to set up delivery. I was told they were booked untill 10/15. I verified with Samsung that the dishwasher would be installed the same day it was delivered and was told yes. Received it 10/16 and was told by the delivery company that there was no authorization from Samsung to install it!!! Now have to wait another week, totally unaccepta

After doing research and looking at a couple different models I am very glad we decided on this one.It is extremenly quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. The only thing that takes getting used to is the door opening at the end of the cycle.

Is a tad louder than last model but overall a good one ... so far. Only had it for a month so fingers crossed it last longer than 5 yrs which was the last one when it went bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old, loud dishwasher that bit the dust, so I am very thankful for my new dishwasher! It is very quiet and washed much faster than my old one. The entire thing, inside/outside, looks great and seems to be fingerprint resistant. I also like the display on the exterior to view how much longer is left for the wash. Oh... The smart dry feature --- AWESOME!! It pops the door open a little at the end of the cycle and the dishes come out dry as a bone! I love this dishwasher!

One of my favorite things since it helps to prevent water spots and cools the dishes, so you can unload sooner. I'm enjoying the read out that shows how much longer till dishes are done. Very quiet, a coupleof times we weren't sure it was running since so quiet.
