I made a meatloaf with with this beef. It is my husband's favorite dish. My husband immediately noticed the quality taste of the beef. He is a very good taste and we will purchasing this product for now on. Overall he gave it a 12 out of 10 stars.

Be aware that these are six blocks frozen of meat, not fresh ground beef as pictured. The taste is the same as any grocery store ground beef, a little dry because of the 95/15 mix, but having it shipped to my home during the pandemic when I’m locked down is worth the $5.33 I paid. I see the price is now a whopping $9.16 per pound, I think using instacart, even with the upcharge, delivery fee and tip you would be paying less and getting fresh beef in the quantity you want.
