since sams came i have only purchased the 90% ground beef..years now..but, for all these years. not been as happy eith my meatloaf..at 83, made a lot of..i irdered this ground beef offer of 85%..my meatloaf is "back"..when i use the 90, i will add a bit of oil, but i doubled my 85 order, so since it came frozen, i have a nice supply..

This product is miles above regular ground beef. I had a pack of similar packed beef in freezer so i thawed and really could not even eat it. Nothing wrong with it, just the difference between an old car and a new car. I ordered on line and it arrived frozen as I planned to stick my freezer. great product!!!

The 6 lb of organic grass fed beef was delivered with dry ice and kept cold. They were in six individual packages and easy to freeze. I've used a few of these so far and they were always very low in fat, and very tasty, unlike a lot of supermarket ground beef. Delicious.

The meat delivery took awhile as it was shipped from NJ to CA. The fry ice inside was completely melted but the meat was still frozen and cold. The meat is lean because it is grass fed. The taste is good. I prefer a little fattier meat for burgers but bought this because of the Sams monthly deal and it’s health benefits.

It came still fully frozen. When i cooked it there was less fat than the meat i usually buy at a better fat ratio. I will have to have it not in a cassarole or soup to comment on the flavor being better. It was fine in the items I have made. But i haven't made a burger or meatloaf yet to say it definatly tastes better than any other. I am happy with my purchase.

Too dry

This is the best ground beef I have had in a long time. Just enough fat to make it perfect for burgers.

Excellent tasting ground beef. The little fat content didn't need to be strained. 1 pound packaging is perfect for smaller meals, and if you want more, just open another package.

This order arrived completely frozen, and the quality of this ground beef is excellent. It is so handy to have these extra packages in the freezer when needed.

Absolutely delicious, affordable, conveniently packaged, grass fed AND finished (most are not finished as grass fed). We have made a meatloaf, some burgers and stuffed peppers. All delicious and given a huge endorsement by the family. This prompted me to come back for a much larger order. Each pound is extremely well packaged and can be stacked in the freezer taking up minimal space. They arrived frozen solid. I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Sam's.
