This ground meat has a very good taste. Lean. I like that’s it’s organic and grass fed. It is lean but not dry.

We were excited to find this meat. How could you go wrong...organic and grass-fed, but when we cooked it and ate it, every package smelled like cheese and had a funny flavor. It was so odd.

The beef was shipped and arrived within a couple of days. Well packaged and solidly frozen. The beef is high quality and tastes great plus organic and grass-fed! Definitely and highly recommended!

It’s dry and chewy. It smells odd and doesn’t have the typical ground beef flavor. It’s tasteless to my family. Even if you add oil to the pan it will not get that nice brown sear.

I do like the fact it's organic and grass fed. Even with higher fat percentage, it does have more chewy texture that is hard to explain. From what I understand, it is normal for grass fed beef to be bit more chewy so this may be just normal. Great price point and well portioned for easy use.
