This ground meat has a very good taste. Lean. I like that’s it’s organic and grass fed. It is lean but not dry.

We were excited to find this meat. How could you go wrong...organic and grass-fed, but when we cooked it and ate it, every package smelled like cheese and had a funny flavor. It was so odd.

Well packaged and shipped and arrived frozen. Beef came in easy to use packaging. Beef is high quality organic with a low fat content. Used to make burgers and a casserole dish- both a hit with the kids. Would definitely buy again!

It’s dry and chewy. It smells odd and doesn’t have the typical ground beef flavor. It’s tasteless to my family. Even if you add oil to the pan it will not get that nice brown sear.

I do like the fact it's organic and grass fed. Even with higher fat percentage, it does have more chewy texture that is hard to explain. From what I understand, it is normal for grass fed beef to be bit more chewy so this may be just normal. Great price point and well portioned for easy use.
