The meat was turning green.

These pork chops were way to thick, and had to much fat on them.

They look great and the price was great for the quantity that was in package

Bottom 4 chops were scrap. Packageing is misleading the chops you can see look good.

A bit disappointed I usually have no issues with pork but these were not big enough not evenly cut and bones were dangerously sharp

Label says center cut but on the bottom there are chops that aren't true center cuts. Plus I noticed there is a lot more fat.

You put two really nice chops on top, then the bottom ones were awful. Don’t know if you can even call the a pork chop. Worse package ever

Everything went very smoothly. The pork chops were not as I usually get but they were tasty. They had a lot of gristle and fat.

Nice amount for the price. Some sections a little chewy, but slow cooking, low temperature, can soften any meat. 4 Stars.

This is a good amount of bone-in pork. I always look for the cuts that have the most amount of meat on the bone heel. Makes for a tender meaty dinner.
