I very much like the idea of getting a large package of pork chops and then vacuum sealing my servings to put in my freezer.

We've been buying our meat in bulk from Sam's for quite awhile now. We repackage it into small portions and freeze them. They taste great!

Happy with these at Sams. Good value but you have to be ready to server a lot of people or freeze them.

The best chops are packaged on top. Underneath I found cowboy chops, with the rib extending 3 or 4 inches. I was buying pork, not pork scraps. Fooled me once...

The quality of these are random. Always the top two or four pieces are fine. But once you get further in the stack towards the bottom you can find fatty or strange looking cuts.

Scraps - one on top is a center cut, all the rest are rib, no tenderloin at all. Lots of scrap on bottom, unable to identify cut of meat. Never will buy this again, beware, going to return this.

Worst ever, do not go off the picture. I threw out 2 all fat no meat sizes all off. Don't even know if these are edible what a waste of $14.99 never again, staying with House of Meats where you get quality and get what you pay for.

Next time I'll make sure I get the pork chops with the bone because those are much more tender. These are too thick and dry tasting even though it is a better cut of pork.

I don't know if all your Sam's Clubs do the same Shady stuff but the one in Ocala Florida I go to every single time I buy a package of these " center cut pork chops," there are two very large horrible cuts of pork chops in there. They are so fatty, tough, and nasty that I have to throw them away or just give them to the dog. I shouldn't buy and pay extra for center cut pork chops to be deceived and have half a pound of pork chops I can't even eat. Your Butcher and packagers need to tighten up because this is crap!
