Died 30 minutes into TS Helene 9/24. Even with all the $$ and "certified" service, a wrong oil filter was used causing an oil blowout through air cleaner. 24 hour support a joke, kept referring to companies inside the storm zone (they were wiped out). Took six month to repair after reaching out to a very large generator company 2 hours away. Oh and mobile kept reporting everything was ok (generator was off) for those 6 months.

We bought our Stand by Generator recently and we are delighted with our purchase. I don’t have to dread dragging my walker over the extension cords in the floor when the power is off. Now we simply go on as usual after a few seconds. Thank you Generac and Mr. Allen of Allen Residential Electrical for giving us peace of mind in stormy weather.

I bought this magnificently engeneered machine in February this year. My neighbours and friends made fun of me, saying that I didn't need a generator for the entire house. The thing is, I work from home online. No power = no revenue. I own five pets. No power = no drinking water because I have a surface well. No power = no drinking water (for humans too), no flushing, no showering nor bathing. Since the installation a month ago, we have had five power outages which would have cost me five days of work. The transition to the generator power is absolutely seamless, in fact, I was not aware of any of those outages, happily working away in my home office...I learned through the neighbours' complaining about the length of time it took to reestablish power. On a couple of occasions, I could hear a 'lawnmower' going and thought to myself 'who on earth would mow the lawn under three feet of snow! Only then did I realize that the lawnmower noise was actually the generator doing its job! lol I am so glad I did not listen to my neighbours and friends! I rated four stars only because there was a set back with the installation date.

I just had this whole house generator installed to my delight. It works seamlessly with household with low noise level. I can run everything in my household without interruption. The only difficulty was using their APP since we are not very Teck savvy.

Peace of Mind I just had the 18kw installed. I had a Great Experience with the Contractor. They came out and Explained Everything I needed to know. I have Natural Gas appliances so I didn't need a Huge Generator. I have heard it run and Seen it work. I Highly Recommend the Generac. It Cost Me a good bit of Money but I sleep with a CPAP Machine and My Wife has Insulin in the Refrigerator so We Needed This. Right Now I have Peace of Mind!

This is a great generator! I purchased it from this manufacturer because everyone I know that own one is very pleased. The instructions are very clear and straight forward. Also, due to popularity of this product there are a multitude of videos available if you have questions including videos from generac. Last but not least, I love the fact that I always know the status of my device through an app!

Product seems to be good and reliable. I'm glad I had it installed with auto start up, I have had to use it three times since I had it installed.

The installation by Tri-Star Electric was perfect. They took the extra step to stain the lumber that houses the gravel.

This product had the features we wanted, we can't really wirte more of a review until we have to utilize the generator.
