In my previous residence, I installed a Generac generator, and its reliability has consistently been exceptional. Furthermore, the maintenance process is straightforward and hassle-free. I have encountered no issues whatsoever with the Generac generator, making it a highly recommended investment.

We have been thinking about buying a Generac for years. So glad we finally did! Our neighbors had their installation done in 2018. Every time a storm caused an outage, they were completely comfortable, up and running! It has made us feel much more secure with the hurricane season coming.

We have 2 homes. One is a small ranch in the country that has 10 other people on the power leg. It is not uncommon to have power outages frequently. During an ice storm power was out for 2 weeks. Not mine! The other home is a lake home which also takes a long time for power to return to normal. Bottom line is we will not have home with out a generator. We use the 22K on propane. The ranch has 2 large a/c units, 2 upright freezers and 2 refrigerators. The generator runs the whole house just fine.

I moved to PA from CA 2 years ago and when I was doing my walk through on my new house my neighbor said that I should get a generator, the power goes out often in this area. A few months later the power went out a tree took down the power line at the end of the block. The power was out for 2 days. I ordered my Generac Generator immediately! All the homes on the block had their generators running and the lights were on. My wife and I sat on the front porch in the dark and watched the moon. Ha Ha. We have had 2 power outages since I have had the unit and it is such a great feeling to know that you don't have to sit in the dark. Well worth the investment. I did a lot of research and Generac seems to be the best system out there for homeowners.

Installed two months - 1 power outage - unit failed. dealer has been out 8-10x. new motor, new wiring harness. every sensor has displayed multiple faults. total piece of junk. I have had a green mobile link status 2 days out of 2 months. At this point Generac should be refunding me my money and removing this unit! it has never worked. think there are serious electrical / computer issues with this brand. all my neighbors that have generac told me it took several months to get them sorted.

We had our Generac installed during the winter. The process was handled with care and patience. We have family and friends with Generac home generators and we heard nothing but good things about them. The generator is turned on remotely once a week to make sure everything works properly. It’s so good to hear it running and to know it’s ready at a moments notice.

We purchased a brand new 2026 Generator. It is now April and the thing still does not work. Every time the power goes out ... the generator runs for 5 seconds and then shuts down and we get a "failed" message. Our installers (Blue Sky Plumbing) has said they have installed 23 of the these same generators and ALL OF THEM are having the same issue. I would not purchase a new generator again from these people and if we don't get our money back ($50K), we will be suing Generac.

This is my second home with a generac and I am very disappointed in the new unit on my current home. It keeps encountering errors after it starts running which defeats the purpose of having a generator. It's terribly disappointing to spend so much money to prevent energy outage at our home/business, but with no better outcome than others that have not installed a generac. I truly hope that this software issue with our new generator will be resolved soon by generac.

I'm so thankful I purchased this generator my daughter had been wanting me to buy one for a few years . Me being afraid to step out on faith thinking we couldn't afford one. So we prayed about it God heard our prayers and sent the right salesmen to talk to us about it. I almost called him and told him not to come but a small voice dropped into my spirit and said just listen to what he has to say and the rest was history.. so thankful I listened and didn't make that call to not come and tell me about this generator... We are so thankful and it's at a price that we can pay without a struggle... Yes God will always get the glory from us. . GREAT INVESTMENT to our home. Thank you all so very kindly. I purchased the 22Kw Generac Generator, which is being installed as I write this. This unit did not come with the 12v battery, which is required for the generator to start. I am a bit ticked off. After spending close to $6000 on this unit, now I have to go purchase a 12v battery. Generac should be selling a complete working unit when delivered. Would you buy a car without a battery?
