I am a home dialysis patient, so I need to have electricity to complete my treatments. Whenever the electricity goes out, or even flutters, the Generac automatically kicks on and I never lose power. My only concern was the installer didn't stick around to help me set up the mobile link app on my phone. He had somewhere else to be but said someone would contact me to set it up. It's been a year and still no help with mobile link set up.

I bought my 22KW wifi enabled unit in April of 2024 along with a service contract from my authorized installer. For the 18 months the unit reliably performed its weekly check run along with providing power during half a dozen power outages that typically lasted from 15 minutes to 2 hours. Many times I didn’t even know the generator turned on and only found out in the monthly email report. Then we had a bad snow storm in March 2026 that knocked out power for nearly 4 days. The generator ran flawlessly. I am very happy we bought this unit.

When installed we were very pleased. In the past year it was only needed for a few hours but the ease of mind is well worth it. Sound is a bit loud and weekly testing is very reliable, The wifi needs improvement when the signal is lost. It is a bit difficult to reconnect. Our installer was excellent.

I purchased this 22 W backup generator about a month and a half ago and hope it works when I really need it. The installation went well and on time however I was not given any instructions on how the generator works or what I should do other than calling them if there’s a problem, I was given no information on how to set up the monitoring app on my cell phone at all so I have it on and I guess it’s OK but that’s about it.

Haven't lost power since it was installed but the security of knowing I'll have uninterrupted power is immeasurable. In addition the supplier/installer, Gen Ready, is excellent!

Purchased mine through Menards online, while on sale and additional 11% off, I installed myself on pad had electric and gas connection through my local vendors.works great when power fails. No issues with generator.

We have only had the generator now for less than a month. Luckily we have not had any power outages and have not had to use it. I will say, that when I hear a storm is coming our way, I do not panic or worry about having an outage.

We purchased this generator And we have been very happy with the results of the generator working on time in a timely manner and also the once a week check up to have knowing that it's working correctly

Has not worked at all. How Generac can release a product that has software issues. I paid all the installation and equipment money for a product that has never worked.

I have had this for a month. No power outages but I have tested it running the whole house with both AC units running. It’s great and at a good sound level.
