installed June 19th 2026 we hope not to use it but if power goes out we hope we are not in the dark isolated waiting on our hydro supplier to resupply our area

We have lost power 4 times during our Dec and Jan snow storms. Our new Generac has kicked on in just seconds after losing power. I'm still able to do laundry and everything else I would normally do. Great piece of mind and best investment ever!

Finally decided to go with a dedicated backup generator and very glad I did. I've been using a Generac 10kw portable but getting too old and feeble to get it in service when needed. We're really happy with this new unit.

Installation was well done. Cycles every week at schedule time. Seems very loud--is it possible to damper the generator to suppress some of the noise?
