I have only had a couple of brief outages since installing the Generac 22KW system and it has performed perfectly. Full power from the Generac was running in less that 15-20 seconds.

Overall extremely pleased. Installed in one day as it said it would be and everything works perfect no Mess no fuss. Warrantyone did a great job very professional knows what they're doing.

Be careful from whom you purchase the Generac....my supplier lied to me & then refused phone calls & e-mails, so now I use another authorize dealer/service company when I purchased my 2nd Generac & for my yearly service

We are very happy with our generator. When the power is out, it runs flawlessly and we run our home and business without interruption. You can't put a price tag on peace of mind.

Great generator! It power our big house with a 200 amp panel, you don’t even know the power is out, The stress and trouble of trying to find places to keep your food cold is well worth it!

Nice looking unit cannot give it an excellent rating yet as it has not needed to run for an outage since install. It self test and I feel good knowing it is ready.

Unit installation went well. Think some improvement if the prep are for hook-up done so the electric company come once , shuts down a nd 10 minutes or so later re-connects rathe than leaving the customer w/o power for most of the day.

Maintenance was completed 2 months ago , during STORM it stopped running . repair came out ,not fixed , still OOS . need help can you help to send parts needed to GenX ASAP Please , unit was installed on 05/01/24

Bought this to protect against power outages forcing me out of my house. It needed to be automatic so that my wife doesn't need to start a generator if I'm at work.
