Great unit 22kv. Had a factory control problem. Contractor fixed "No Charger" and I was up and running. Had two outages that were over 35 mins. long and its a shock to be the only one around with lights and air conditioning. Got a three year service contract and still under review on that. It is quite compared to some I have heard. It charges the 12volt battery and system checks: starting, load, and shutdown each month.

Great product that delivers peace of mind against electrical power loss. In Oklahoma, we get occasional storms capable of incapacitating the delivery of electricity. Those storms can come in the form of high winds, tornados and ice. We do lose power from time to time....once after an ice storm, power was down for 8 days. Generac removes that significant threat of inconvenience and discomfort. It comes on every other week at exactly noon for about five minutes to check itself. It actually looks and works better than we expected. We recommend it to ours friends and children.

Quick efficient installation, trim design, easy to contact installation contractor. This is a high quality product and we do hope it meets our needs should we loose our electricity, especially where we have a handicapped person who needs medicine refrigerated daily.

Can't tell you enough how please we are with personal and professional attention that James Lundy and team gave us. We have needed the generator one time since installation and within one minute it was as if there was not any problem We used both televisions. had heat, washed clothes, cooked. It is wonderful. Apart from the weekly tests we have had one opportunity to see the generator in action when a nearby transformer failed. We had full power restored within a minute, and seamless transfer back to utility power once the repairs were complete. My only complaint is that as an engineer, I'd like to get more data from the weekly tests. All I get is "It started, it ran, it stopped". I would like to see logs of fuel consumption, oil pressure, temperature, and generators output. I've asked about this information but my requests went unanswered.

Unit looks good and is an upgrade from 15kw to 22kw whole house with ABT. The old one gave up the ghost during Hurricane Mathew and left me for three days without electricity. Upgraded with the new unit shortly after the hurricane and have not had a power outage that lasted more than a few seconds, so, the generator has been virtually unused except for it's weekly self test. Will know more the next time I have a major outage.

Purchased at the right time,researched price,quality and performance ..picked Generac and experienced a power outage for 5 1/2 hours. Transferred over and back without a hitch.(mother in law was home and didn't notice anything). One of the best investments i ever made.

I bought a Genrac generator 22k for a great price. Their sales people were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The Genrac 22k generator is a sleek nice looking piece of equipment. It is very quiet when in operation and has a outside protected cover with a built-in thief key lock protection system .

This unit looks and performs excellent. It came on line about a week after installed but just for a few hours. It's exceptionally quiet. It self checks every Wednesday very quietly. We are both retired and it comforts us not to have to worry should the need arise for emergency power. Thank you Generac.

Mine has worked exactly as I had hoped it would. That is, it only turns it's on Saturday at 2pm to perform its weekly check... Haven't had any power outages yet requiring its service but it has given me a comfort level knowing it will come on and my home will be powered since I have a disabled son here 24 hours per day.
