The installer had to spend 12 hours trying to get this up and running RIGHT out of the box . He determined it had a bad controller panel . Now I need to wait for repair on a brand new generator. HUGE disappointment

Our Generac was installed by a very professional team. We have yet to have our power go out but it is doing its by-weekly auto run. It looks tidy and appears to be very user friendly.

Installed today...and then we had another rain storm. The power is on and I don't have to worry that my pump will fail if I am not home. Great to know the electricity is ON! Bring on the next storm!

This unit seems to be outstanding (not actually used yet) and a great value. The installation was very smooth and the team was very professional and did exceptional work.

Great product, love not having to worry about a power outage. The generator is a good price for the great quality and features. You can tell a lot of planning went into the way the generator is built and packaged for the delivery.

The installation has been canceled twice so far I’m hoping possibly this weekend if they can find it in their time on Saturday to actually install the system I’m waiting
