Noise level is acceptable hear a mild hum in our home when it's running. The day after installation we lost power for about an hour and a half the generator kicked on and both AC units never missed a beat.

I have 2 friends who each have a 22 KW unit running for the them for the last 3 years without 1 problem so I purchased the same system hoping I will have the same luck.

So I just got mine put in in Sept. And we had 10 hr power outage the other day. And maybe another one tomorrow night. Even though the mobile link I cAnt connect. It does what it supposed too. And piece of mind.

Power went out for three hours, only a week after the install. Switched and protected as advertised and explained. We will feel so much more secure this winter with this new system protecting us.

After contacting generac by e-mail. I received a reply. And was set up with a certified dealer. Everything went very well. I would recommend this generator and installation by Billy Cooper to any one.

LOVE out Generac! If you don't have one and are debating it - stop debating! Amazing service and support. We have used this Generator over and over again. Note - I did not enable the remote wifi option to increase security of the unit.
