Ease of contract, delivery was punctual, installers were fantastic. Looks like generator was installed during home construction. Could not be more satisfied. They installed and cleaned up. Great job guys.

We installed this Generator to power hot water boiler and hot water tank . This will give our guests heat and hot water in case of power failure. Also if power goes out for extended period , water lines will not freeze. It gives us peace of mind.

The installer had to spend 12 hours trying to get this up and running RIGHT out of the box . He determined it had a bad controller panel . Now I need to wait for repair on a brand new generator. HUGE disappointment
