The generator is used to back-up our home and our adjacent home business, and we have been completely satisfied with the product and are happy that we decided to purchase the generator.

We just finished the installation process. It went very smoothly. Have not had to use the unit yet. But it is great to have the peace of mind in the case of a power outage!

Noise level is acceptable hear a mild hum in our home when it's running. The day after installation we lost power for about an hour and a half the generator kicked on and both AC units never missed a beat.

The installation has been canceled twice so far I’m hoping possibly this weekend if they can find it in their time on Saturday to actually install the system I’m waiting

We are very happy with the generator we bought. The installation process took quite a while, but it is worth it. Now we won't have to worry about the PG&E shut offs. Our house will run smoothly.
