Installation by local Generac dealer was effortless and professional. All electrical and gas permits and arrangements were taken care of and commissioning the unit was flawless and on time. Highly recommend my Generac dealer.

I just had it installed and very pleased. Tech's were very professional and were done in 7hrs,not bad for a 35 degree day. Clean up was quick and easy..Happy I did it. Now I don't have to worry about wife and kids when I am at work.

Works every time. Switches to generator in about 15-20 seconds. Great size. Auto run every week for exercise keeps in working order. Gives us great peace of mind.

The installer had to spend 12 hours trying to get this up and running RIGHT out of the box . He determined it had a bad controller panel . Now I need to wait for repair on a brand new generator. HUGE disappointment

We got the 24KW. It's beautiful and worked like a charm during the demonstration. It feels good to have peace of mind and not have to worry about storm season.

My third Generac. I am entirely pleased. The contractor was great. This will give me great peace of mind the next time a hurricane is forecasted for Florida.

I have not had to use it yet. Watching the installation, set-up and learning all about the Generator i feel very safe and comfortable coming into winter.
