After living thru hurricane Sandy, this generator will provide a sense of security knowing that heat /AC Will not be lost and food will not go bad in the fridge and freezer. The installer for our generator was Metro Electric (Rick and crew) and they did a fantastic job. The quality of the work performed for the installation along with other electrical work was superb. The generator itself works very well and is incredibly quiet. We lost power within a week of installation so it has already been put to good use!

We live in a rural area and when outages occur, it takes some time for the local coop to find the problem and provide repairs. I am Oxygen dependent, on O2 24/7, with limited bottle supply and for the portable concentrator, limited battery time. The 22 KW Generac Guardian provides me with a greater peace of mind during storms and winter time. Have been using a portable unit to run extension cords into the house from the garage, but that is not the best solution due to exhaust fumes. The Generac brand is a brand I whole heartily trust and highly recommend.

Having a generac generator gives me piece of mind if my power goes out. My section of the neighborhood is the last to have power Reconnected after an outage-last time it took 4 days. Now I don't have to worry anymore. The generator excercise(Test runs itself) and sends me and the installer an email that everything is working fine. That is a great feature to have

So far- so good. I haven't needed it yet, but knowing it is there if I ever do gives me peace of mind. It took a long time to schedule installation in my area due to a backlog, but they did a great job (except for not leaving me the key, but I was out of town when it was installed) and it looks great. Too soon to really comment on overall quality, but the weekly exercise and online connectivity work as advertised. For the money, I don't regret my decision for one second.

We live on a farm and having electric is a necessity to run our well for water for our 40 plus Boer meat goats. As we are aging we were looking for a "hands off" power source to keep us in power. We were using a portable generator. This generator did not run our well to supply water for our goats. So we had to haul water from another water source. It was also labor intensive to continually add fuel. We are now very relieved to know when the "lights go out" the "Generac will go on". My generator installation was completed today. Now I won't need to worry any more about a power failure that takes us out for days. No more feeding gasoline to a generator late at night in bad weather. I'm impressed with the customer interface and reliability measures.

We are relieved to have this whole house Generac generator installed as a feature of our home. It is reliable and quiet during the weekly testing. We have had any power outages since the installment but are confident it service our home in the event of an outage.

After going through multiple hurricanes with minimal power and multiple outages when I moved to my new house I made the commitment to be safe and keep comfortable during an outage. The unit is great and powers the whole house including the pool with no issues.
