It is hard to review a product that was installed on April 4, 2023 and still not operational. There have been multiple delays (installation, correcting gas line, failing electrical inspection and a faulty part). In addition, they get in no hurry to address these problems with 2 to 3 weeks in between each issue. 2 1/2 months later we have what is essentially a very expensive lawn ornament. I am hoping that we might have a working generator by no later than fall at this rate. Very frustrated and completely unsatisfied with not only Generac themselves, but their approved installer as well

Very satisfied with the Generac 24Kw whole house generator. We looked at other brands but for dependability and price the Generac was the best choice. DM Electrical and Construction was our chosen contractor and we were very pleased with them from start to finish.

Works as advertised.. Power went off and a few seconds later the generator comes on and powers the entire house. We are able to run both our central AC units while simultaneously running the washer/dryer, two refrigerators, pool pump, and various lights, fans, T.V.'s, computers etc with no interruption..

How do you spell peace of mind? How about G-e-n-e-r-a-c. We installed the 22kw model a couple months ago, and I rest easy, knowing my generator is standing by in the event of a power emergency. Each week the unit fires up for about five minutes in test mode, reminding me it's ready to go. We installed the generator as part of a swimming pool project, so the unit sits nicely among the rest of the pool equipment - compact and out of the way. I can't imagine owning a home without a backup generator, especially with our aging grid system and the looming threat of cyber attacks.

We had the 26kw Guardian generator with mobile link and ATS installed locally by Home Integrated Solutions who did an efficient and great job with the install. They were very helpful during the start-up process and explained the features completely. The installation went very smoothly and professionally. All in all, they completed the install in about 3 hours. We are very pleased so far!

I'm very satisfied with the product. The installation process was okay - my lawn is still a mess. Additionally, the company (ARK Generator) has yet (waiting for two months) to provide documentation on the 10 Year Warranty and assist me in setting up MobilLink.

The guys were very excellent with installing our generator. Very polite and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions we had. The boss even called to make sure everything went ok and if we were satisfied which we were. Cleaned the work sight up also. Satisfactory.

Don't have operational time yet but all went very well with install of 22Kw and transfer switch that we placed inside the garage. Startup process proved system easily took the house without issues. Only two people (until a storm hits :>) ) and 2600 Sq Ft place. Write another review when the system is needed/used for the first real event.

Dealer did a great job in setting it up and going over the details with us. We've lost power twice since then and the generator performed wonderfully. I like that it has a locking lid for security and green light indicator to let you know everything is working properly.

I have a 22 sq ft home with a 500 BTU industrial strength air conditioning unit installed. My house is located in the middle of Sumter South Carolina city limits. I can lose power up to four times a week. This Generac series restores power like I never lost it. In fact just this past week I lost power three times and twice in the same day. This Generac 22KW prevented my wife and I from being late to work on at least one of those days. I am so glad we installed this series Generac. Again, it restores power on a 22 sq ft home and a 90 sq ft shop at the same time with no problems.
