Reliability and performance great. Wireless interface with app impossible, help feature not helfull.

Unit works, but don't expect much from the WiFi. Never could get mine connected to WiFi nor even find the SSID.

If you have the money for a Generac, it is a great peace of mind and protection for your home/family.
