We love the peace of mind our new Generac provides! Already had one brief outage and it responded as advertised! The installers at Albrite Electric were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional! I highly recommend both the brand and installers!

Had this installed last week right before Hurricane Irma came thru Florida. Was the only house in neighborhood that had power thru out the entire storm. Had AC, hot water, stove and all lights and outlets working. Even had pool pump running. (All other pools in neighborhood turned black or green) Had neighbors plugging extension cords into our outlets to run Refrigerators and a neighbor running his wife oxygen machine from our house. Best investment we've ever made. All my neighbors now have my installers name and number and i'm sure they will be calling!!!!

Very impressed by the support team, Mariposa Electric from Lindsay, Ontario for myself, who gave proper assistance in the initial determination of need, and then the installation. Machine is great, only quam is that the machine does not have decals on back (for me the front) of the generator

I am at peace now with a full house generator! Never have to worry about losing power during a flash flood ever again. Lee Legler Construction gets an A+ for the installation, especially with the platform base using pebbles to keep the generator balanced and a few inches above ground.

We just had this installed last week the 14th to the 17th . no power outages yet but we are ready now for them. It looks nice appearance wise . The only thing that scared the beegeebees out of me was we were told every other Wed it would turn on at noon for 15 mins BUT it turned on at midnight for 7 mins Wed night woke us up out of a dead sleep . So we do need to figure out how to change time on that . kind of comical we had a good laugh .

After living through Wilma and all the other hurricanes that have hit South Florida, I finally said enough is enough. I purchased the Generac 22K and had it professionally installed. We did the test run, and everything worked without fail. We turned on every appliance and could not tell I was on generator power. Solid product and I am sure this is going to reduce a lot of anxiety during the next storm. The way 2020 is going I am sure a hurricane will be coming our way. I had to call the Generac customer support line for assistance with the app and getting connection and the support staff are awesome. So, Generac hits a home run, great product and great people.

So, I installed my 1st Generac, a 13kw in 2006 and it ran flawlessly until I sold the home in November 2020. I just had my new 22kw installed today. What a difference in technology over the years. I love the wi-fi monitoring. These are true work horses. Super quiet, And, with an aluminum housing, No rust. Also with the engine oil heater, There are no worries of damage from cold oil at start-up. Plus with a seven year warranty, There are no worries. The added valance trim and sleek housing design are great as well. Plus two locks for added security. What more can I say. You cannot go wrong with the Generac whole home standby generators. This product will run my entire house. The company that did the installation did an outstanding job. The installers were confident, friendly, knowledgeable and I felt totally comfortable with their work. They were on time for their set appointment times, if not early, and explained the features. I have dealt with Generac in the past and am confident I will receive the same quality from this unit.

Purchased and installed 18 months ago. LPG fuel, whole-house coverage. To date it has powered our home for a total of 57 hours, with the longest single run being 31 hours. We live in a heavily-treed area where most power lines are above ground. Any time there's a windstorm, there's a good chance of a power outage. We depend on electricity for our water supply and to keep the house warm and pipes from freezing. Very pleased with the reliability and capability of this unit.
