It works as advertised but the app and wifi is on and off in use

Overall satisfied, except for no direct wifi connection

Not happy that proper repairs not done when still under warranty

I’m still in learning period, have had installed a month ago

So glad that we purchased this product. We live in a rural area prone to power outages.

Installed a month ago and is truly happy that I did.

I bought this for peace of mind to be with electric

Phenomenal product I highly recommend Generac looks great and performs great

I purchased a month ago and haven't had to use it.

The history of major failures in the two 14k generators make dread the next major storm.
