Just installed it yesterday, and waiting on the weekly run tomorrow. It is a great looking piece of equipment and appears to be of high quality. The start up technician was really very professional and went the extra mile to assure that it was installed correctly and safety conscience. He went the extra mile doing things that he was concerned about from the installation crew. I like in a neighborhood with multiple senior citizens age 60/93 and oour part of the neighborhood lost power multiple times last year from 8 hrs. to 14 hrs. So this is the reason I choose to install this unit. Also the Generac reputation is a standout for quality .

I bought this unit to provide comfort during our frequent power outages in our neighborhood. I also bought it so that my home can be a place of refuge for my five small grandchildren during a hurricane. It has the automatic features for turn on, maintenance monitoring, and weekly test runs. The WiFi monitoring was a requirement for me. Another key was our provider who has a great reputation for quick, responsive service.

I recently had a Generac 22Kw installed by Roys Generators, in the Wilmington NC area. Roy is an authorized Generac installer and Service professional who did what he said he would, met his commitments, and is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the generator and its installation. He performed a full turn key installation and bet out the pricing of all others I had received quotes from. He also provides service support on the generator. I would recommend him.

LAST MONTH, CHRISTMAS EVE MORNING I BELIEVE WE HAD A VERY SERIOUS COLD FRONT COME THROUGH TENNESSEE, 18 & 20 BELOW IN SOME AREAS, AND FOR TENNESSEE THAT’S PRETTY MUCH UNHEARD OF. WE WERE HAVING ROLLING OUTAGES EVERY 30 mins. WAS SUPPOSED EVERY HOUR, IN EACH GRID, MY GENERAC WAS PREFORMING FLAWLESSLY, BUT I WAS STILL CONCERNED ABOUT OUR APPLIANCES, HAVING JUST BOUGHT THIS HOME BECAUSE OF THE FLOOD THAT HAD CAME TROUGH WAVERLY, TN. ABOUT A YEAR AND A HALF EARLIER, WE HAD LOST EVERYTHING AND HAD TO REPLACE WITH NEW IN THE NEW HOUSE WE PURCHASED, SO I WENT OUT TO THE A.T.S AND THREW THE BREAKER, AND OUR 18KW GUARDIAN SERIES RAN LIKE A CHAMP !!!!!! WE HAD TO REPLACE ABSOLUTELY ZERO APPLIANCES, OR THE 2yr. OLD CENTRAL HEAT & AIR UNIT !!!!!! I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THE GENERAC GENATOR AND THE GENERAC COMPANY, AS WELL A.E.C. LLC ( ALPHA ELECTRIAL CONTRACTORS LLC. ). THIS GENATOR SAVED US THAT DAY !!!!! I RECOMMEND THE GENERAC GENATOR TO EVERYONE, THEY ARE REASONABLY PRICED & A.E.C. LLC. Keith Geoff, AND ALL THE GUYS THERE, YOU WON’T FIND A BETTER GENATOR OR A COMPANY TO DO THE INSTALLATION ANYWHERE !!!! THANK YOU GENERAC & A.E.C LLC. !!!!!

Living on the East Coast of Florida for the past 5 years has exposed us to 2 hurricanes. We decided to get rid of a portable gas generator that could only run our refrigerators and some portable fans. We choose a 22KW Generac whole house generator, which was just installed. We got the 10 year warranty from Generac and are looking forward this unit providing power if (or when) our area has another hurricane pass through our coastline. Complete Electric did the generator install. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Would recommend Generac and Complete Electric to anyone in the market for a quality generator.

We just had our start up for this unit. Everything went very smoothly. It is so nice to own a product that is built completely in the USA, it is not often you find this. We now have peace of mind knowing that we will have power going forward and not worrying about rolling blackouts anymore.

Mike, Aiden, Damon and Andrew from Adam's Electric did a super job of the installation and cleaned up everything. I'm susceptible to outages being out in the country with many trees around and I love the reliability of a Generac unit backing up my home.

The installation crew from the setup, the gas installers, the electrical installers, and the startup man were absolutely fantastic. The startup man (Greg) had to install a NEW STARTER. If I may suggest, would have more quality control at your manufacturing facility so this does not occur on this part or any other.
