Works very well couldn't live without now great product

Only minor complaint so far is noise level excessive noise level.

It works as advertised but the app and wifi is on and off in use

Havnt had to use it yet contractor explained the installation process very well

i sure don't worry now when a storm is coming. i look forward to the power going off.

Not happy that proper repairs not done when still under warranty

This is the 2nd General I've owned I believe my issues are dealer related and total lack of support

I bought it less than a month ago and it doesn't work. Can't get anyone to fix it

Very satisfied with generator. Preformed as expected during storm.

Got unit installed a month ago very happy with it so far have not needed it
