Super nice unit, Generac has a great product and easy to work with installation contractors

Fortunately, I have not needed to use it yet. It has been hooked up for three weeks now. It runs every week on its scheduled start time. But, I can't rate how well it works as a true backup since I have not yet needed it.

This is a great generator! I purchased it from this manufacturer because everyone I know that own one is very pleased. The instructions are very clear and straight forward. Also, due to popularity of this product there are a multitude of videos available if you have questions including videos from generac. Last but not least, I love the fact that I always know the status of my device through an app!

Very satisfied with product and installation team!

I am happy with my Generac. It is reliable. It starts up when needed.

Purchased 1 year ago and it never missed a weekly self-check.

I've had this unit for 3 years and it has been terrific It takes care of the whole house

It was installed a week and half and there is a fault

Hope it will be there when I need it, time will tell. Poor track record.
