It's hard for me to write a review. Only had the unit for about 4 weeks and LUCKILY we haven't had any outages. Things I do like: Relatively small foot-print Clean asthetics Visible stand-by light Things I don't care for: I still can't get my phone connected to the mobile link App Help with the mobile connectivity would be nice. 🤷‍♂️

Knowledgeable installers, very efficient, polite, and prompt. Explained the process before and during the installation. Explained what to expect from the operation of the generator and what needs to be done for smooth operation. Filed the permits and made the necessary arrangements with the electric company and the inspector. Left the area clean and free of any debris. The Generac will provide peace of mind when I am deployed knowing my family will always have electrical power without having to worry about a portable generator and extension cords. Our dealer was great and provided information and a professional install. I highly recommend the "GENPAD" for added security and great looks. This is an excellent product, and made in the USA.

New install, so , I don't have any comments operating experience. Dealer appears to have done a very good job on the install. The installers took time to explain function of the system (transfer switch and generator). When running the generator in manual mode, I was expecting it to be a quieter.

Samuel and James from Holly Electric did a great job throughout the install process. Explained the operation once it was up and running. Heather did a great job of keeping me updated through the entire process from quote to install. This unit replace an smaller generator that was only able to run a few appliances and lights. Nice to have whole house comfort now. Have a 250 gallon propane tank to ensure we can weather through a hurricane or sever storm.

we looked at neighbor's Generac Unit and talked at length about how often the unit was used. After our conversation my wife & I decided we wanted one to protect the three deep freezers & two ice boxes we keep full of vegetables from our large garden we raise each year. We think it is beter to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.

After a rare deep snowstorm in our part of Texas where we lost power completely for 3 days, we knew it was (past) time to install a backup system. The unit runs perfectly and can power our whole house. No more worries about power outages, freezer meltdowns, or freezing (or blistering) in-home temperatures. We could not be happier.
