I’ve had Generac generators for over 30 years. Very dependable with little maintenance. They last for a very long time. I have so much peace of mind knowing my home will always have power.

We bought this 22kw about a year ago as our 20kw oil pump failed during a week plus ice storm running 24/7 continually due to extreme trees/down/ice power outage. Had no choice but to replace. We live in Northerm Michigan and Generac IS A MUST!

We are so very happy to have our new generator. It's a peace of mind that we never had before. The WIFI and app really make it easy to use and also to know if any maintenance is due as well as testing itself every week. We love it!

Generator is 2 months old, have experienced 1 outage so far and the generator performed as expected, however I am concerned about winter operation ability.

On the first power outage the generator failed (red light with message "error low voltage"). Still waiting on generac to ship part required to fix. Brand new 22K system FAILED. .

I bought this uint from Sam's club and had it installed by my electrician. I was not aware that the unit did not come with a battery. Overall, I would buy this unit again.

Love that fact I don’t have to be home to pull star generator. It automatically comes on when needed and off when regular power comes back on. Plus no power cords laying on floor to trip over.

The purchase and installation process were very easy and professional. I’ve had two occasions since the installation to use the generator during multi/hour power outages, and it has worked like a champ.
