I bought this a month ago to replace my 21 year old 16K unit that had developed a gas leak. Didn’t want to invest $1400 in repairing that Old of a unit.

I’ve had my Generac for a month now. And we have had a couple of power outages and the generac kick right in just what’s needed. So far I am happy with purchase. Hopefully a year from now I’ll be able to add more of my experience.

I purchased this to replace previously installed unit which was over 20 years old. (Still working perfectly) Case was rusted. New one works perfectly, however WiFi could use improvement.

I bought this unit in 2024. The wifi had problems connecting and it would not stay connected. The engine blew the side out oi it with less than 24 hours run time. It took Generac over a month to get the engine replaced.

I bought the 26KW last month. And now I have peace of mind knowing if a hurricane hits here in Florida and I lose power. I will have little or no change in my lifestyle, because when the generator starts I will have power.

Had this generator installed in April 2026 by Wayne Cook Electric and I am so happy with the product and the installation company. Nothing but praises for this experience and the installation company!

Unit installed a month ago. It starts when needed for a power outage but will not exercise automatically. The noise level is acceptable and unit starts quickly.

Bought this a year ago, we are happy with the system itself but not with the company who installed it, we were pushed to buy it and then their follow up has been no contact at all, they got their money so they don't care
