Not disappointed at all. Sous vide at 140 in instant pot and check with an onstant read thermometer. They will turn orange/pink. Perfection. Good quality and clean taste.

I bought this for gumbo. The shrimp would be good to fry or boil. But for gumbo it was little large and was tuff. I was careful not to cook for to long.

I liked it size. They are a bit salted, however. I had to soak them in water a few times to get the salt out. Other than that, they were tasted good and fresh.

Great taste, I wouldnt call them "JUMBO" though...more like medium. (I ordered on line before I saw them in person) I would buy them again knowing the true size.

Usually Buy Gulf Shrimp but hard to find in Wyoming. Did a shrimp boil for a family picnic and was pleasantly surprised on the flavor. Will buy again.

I was surprised greatly that these are beautiful shrimp and quite yummy, I use them in salad, pasta, cocktail and plain. Excellent choice I'm getting them again.

If you don’t mind doing all the work, the peeling, and all that then buy this otherwise don’t bother. It’s too much work time consuming to peel them and take the tail off.

These are NOT jumbo shrimp. The bag says 21-30 per pound and is the lower number per bag. Our bag had 62 MEDIUM size shrimp. You'd think if they say 21-30 per pound that the count would be on the higher side if they are NOT jumbo sized shrimp.

I love this product because it has yet to disappoint me. I have purchased several bags of this shrimp and it works well in all of my recipes. It is also one of the best deals around for 3lbs of frozen shrimp.

Boil whole bag in sea salted water for 3 minutes and leave in strainer and cover with ice. Shells come right off and the shrimp is delicious. It pops in your mouth like really fresh grapes if you know what I mean
