Recommended Thawing Instructions

1. Place frozen shrimp into a colander or strainer and cover.
2. Place plate underneath colander and refrigerate 8-10 hours.
3. Rinse under cold running water and drain.
4. Shrimp is ready to cook.

Boiling Instructions

1. Place thawed shrimp in boiling water.
2. Bring water to a boil and cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes.
3. Turn off heat. Remove shrimp and place in colander.
4. Cool under cold running water.
5. Do not overcook. Cook to internal temp of 145°F.
6. Drain and serve.
