Making Lobster Bisque from scratch takes hours. This Members Mark brand is close to perfect. I did add a couple of chopped lobster tails, a quarter cup of Hennessey, a 2/3 cup of real cream, and 3 Tablespoons of room temp real butter. The grandkids love it in little breadbowls. I used both containers for 7, not a drop leftover.

I've purchased this lobster bisque several times and really enjoyed it. This purchase was totally different because it was awful. It tasted like the salt machine got loose and dumped excessive salt into the soup. I wasn't sure so i served my 86 year old mother a bowl. First spoonful and she said she couldn't eat it because it was too salty. This was money waste. I don't think I'll purchase this product again. If you have high blood pressure this will cause a certain stroke.

This bisque will transport you to the table of a very expensive restuarant.
