This lobster bisque is tasty, but the lobster portion has been substantially reduced. It used to have chunks of lobster, now it's more like tiny shreds.

This soup is really good. It was a huge hit at Thanksgiving. My only comment is that there isn’t a lot of lobster in it, but I supplemented with real lobster meat. The soup is a great base!

Was this Lobster Bisque?? I could not see or taste any lobster in the creamy tasteless soup, this was a total waste of money. We ate the soup in the first container and threw the second container away

This is the best lobster bisque I have ever had, including what I had at high-class restaurants! This is a sweet soup with tender lobster bits and enough soup for four servings. It's a great bargain!

No lack of lobster in this bisque! I had to try it. I thought it was a bit pricey but absolutely not. The flavor is lovely. Wonderful for a party (could serve 6-8 small bowls) or for personal indulgence. There’s no ‘factory flavor’ to this one. I will definitely make this a staple for myself.

The positives, good flavor profile, taste like seafood stock. We add Old Bay or cajun seasoning as it needs a little spice. The negative: The lobster is present only in the taste. You cannot visually see any pieces of lobster in the bisque. There are some tiny red specks that I suppose could have been lobster. The label says it is made with clam juice, chicken stock and lobster stock made with codfish. The biggest false claim is on the label...it says "with generous amounts of sweet tender lobster" lol. That's a joke. If you want lobster bisque you need to buy some lobster to add to this.

The only positive thing I can say it that I used it as a soup base for my seafood soup! There is no lobster, so I added shrimp, canned clams, canned crab meat and fried up a bunch of white fish to make a my seafood soup. I also added some water chestnuts left over from making a Kung-Pao chicken for another family member who is allergic to seafood. For $10.00 it is a little over priced for a soup base but I made it work. I would buy again for the soup base but this time I will actually add some lobster!!! If you read the ingredients, lobster is like 9th on the list so there ya go! Add in some sour dough bread with butter and we were in heaven!
