This is my third set of these tires. Their performance is excellent, with no noticeable road noise. Handling and traction is very good. I am very satisfied.

Best tires I've had on the truck. The road noise level is great and handling is not compromised whatsoever. It's just nice to have a good performing tire that doesn't trade off comfort and durability.

Not an upgrade for the defender ltx ms. I am very disappointed and feel I wasted money. The outer lugs are closed now which changes their capabilities. The compound doesnt hold as well in water and snow/ice. Maybe you will get more miles and on dry pavement they are decent but that isn't what these tires are supposed to be...and at such a price. I won't purchase these again and will find another brand for next tires. I bought online because I had to finance and trusted michelin to not mess up a great tire...these should have a different name...they do not act like ltx ms....not at all. Very disappointed.

These came stock on my 22 Tacoma. I'm at almost 3 years on these tires with 65k miles. From the look of them I could definitely go another 15k easily. They have preformed so well in the mid Atlantic region I decided to get them again on a new set of wheels. Quite smooth and fantastic in the rain. I'd recommend them to anyone that doesn't need a offroad tire.

I put these on a 2025 Honda Ridgeline nice Ride and very quiet their predecessor the LTX M/S had pretty good winter traction ( I had them on a few vehicles) and ran them through the winter so I expect these will be the same. Though they don't compare to an actual "winter tire" they are pretty good. Minus a star because they have limited sizes, couldn't find the size I wanted so had to settle for a tire an Inch taller.

These Defenders LTX tires are being replaced at 30k miles vs the 60k they claim to last. Rotations every 10k miles for the life of the tire. Will not buy again. Bought new tires for a new business and a different brand. Will never buy this manufacturer again.

These tires are amazing. I replaced my OE Bridgestone Dueler Alena H/L after 40k due to wear. Mind you, I monitor air pressure and rotate regularly and even though most of the miles were highway, the definitely needed replacing. I was a bit skeptical because of the more aggressive tread on the Michelin tires, but I’ve had Michelins on my other vehicles, and so I went ahead and rolled the dice. Man am I happy I did! These tires are not only quiet, but they have a certain confident feel on the road and a responsiveness that I never had out of my Bridgestone tires. Shortly after taking the vehicle out of the shop I hit the highway and the feel can only be described as riding on glass. I haven’t had an opportunity to feel them in the rain, but based on the reviews I’d read prior to purchasing the tires-I’m confident that these tires will continue to perform. I’d 100% recommend these tires to anyone especially for a truck or SUV. Quiet, comfortable, and responsive. Thanks Michelin!

I HAVE BEEN A MICHELIN CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND HAVE HAD MANY SETS OF DEFENDER LTX TIRES . ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THE RIDE AND COMFORT OF THE TIRES. THIS IS MY FIRST SET OF DEFENDER LTX M/S 2'S. TIRES CAN'T BE BALANCED AND LOPE WHEN DRIVING. DEALER HAS SAID THERE IS NOTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO. IF I CAN'T GET ANY RESOLUTION FROM MICHELIN I WILL TAKE THEM OFF AFTER ONLY 5000 MILES OF USE AND SWITCH TO COOPER. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THESE NEW 2 SERIES TIRES. HELP MICHELIN AS I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR DECADES.

I had the passenger Defenders on three SUVs and I couldn't have been happier with them. They did well in all conditions and lasted forever. I put the Defender LTX on my 2023 Tundra, replacing Nitto Ridge Grapplers that were ridiculous on the highway over any distance, and the Defender LTX exhibit higher than expected levels of noise and poor performance on wet roads. Price wasn't really a consideration if I got great tires, but these have been a disappointment.

Michelin has never let me down after 55 years of buying their tires. I purchased the Defender LTX M/S2 tires for my 1500 series pickup truck because I wanted good traction on wet slippery roads when I travel. These tires are quiet and the sidewalls are firm enough to help my truck stay level in curves. They blend perfectly with my air-ride suspension. I feel safe with these tires.
