I called and ask questions about tires for my Suburban. I was able to give my year and model. They were able to give me the correct size i needed. They recommend The Michelin Defender. I felt that was the best choice for me, because i do alot of driving in all weather.

Outstanding product

Had 4 new Michelin defenders installed on my GMC Sierra. I didn’t think it was possible but they removed the old tires, and installed and balanced the new ones in 35 minutes!

Michelin has always made good tires. I have used them on my cars and trucks for years. I get good wear and life out of them.

Recently changed the factory Goodyear Wranglers on my truck to the Michelin Defender tire and it made a world of difference in the way the truck handles. I was getting a vibration at Highway speeds and the new tires cleaned that up. I don't have many miles on the Michelin tires, but so far so good.

I can feel the great rideability. I enjoy the low noise ride on the highway.

I've had only one experience where tire performance was mind blowing and that was on a sports car. After reading all of the reviews of this tire I was expecting this same type of experience as purchasers almost seemed euphoric over these tires. I had them put on a Ram 1500, and the tires I had on were almost bald. I felt that with the condition of those tires and the write ups on these I couldn't wait. Yes, my expectations were really high, well, they don't meet those expectations. They aren't bad, though it feels like there's a little warble that I didn't have in the old tires. It hasn't rained here since I bought them, so I can't comment on that. If I had to do it all over again, I can't say if I'd spend the money on them or not. I look forward to the longevity of them, that will be the deciding factor of whether they were worth the price. They seem to be decent tires. The disappointment is, in this size, they don't come with white lettering. I really wanted the white lettering, but gave that up for the outstanding performance of the tires. I'm sorry I made that decision. The tires I traded off for were white lettered and, at least on dry pavement, were just as good, they just didn't have the longevity. They aren't bad tires, in my opinion, they just don't live up to the hype.

I bought two tires and told them to put the new tires on the front they did put the new tires on the front but they were supposed to put the tires from the front to the back. They didn't put the front tires on the back like I instructed them to do. So they disposed of the two good tires that I had on the front of my truck. So I still have to same two bad tires that I was replacing. So now I have to go and spend an additional $600.00 dollars to purchase two more tires because Sam's threw away my good tires. I won't ever buy any tires from Sam's again. They told me it would take over two hours to install my tires because there was two cars ahead of me but my truck was done in 57 minutes, so they were lying so I would change my mine. Just beware that you get what you pay for before you leave this place.

Tires them selves are great. The techs that replaced the tires damaged my rims. Would have ratherd spwnd an extra few hundred then get shoty workmanship. Now i am stuck with damaged rims.
