Rib eyes have gotten so expensive we've been trying cheaper options, and the New York strips are the standout. Better marbling and more tender than a sirloin, less fat than a rib eye and flavor as good as a filet.

Because of these ribeye's I don't order ribeye in a restaurant any more. Ten minutes in the air fryer set on 'meat'(400 degrees?) turning once. Can't be beat!

Needed some steak for a grill out and these exceeded my expectations. A week later we were in Florida and were hosting some neighbors so went to Sam’s and they had these so bought more. Steaks are nice and thick so easy to cook to requested temp.

These steaks were a great value. Much cheaper than the USDA Prime steaks I purchased from the same location and actually better quality. When I buy steaks from Sam's these are the ones I will pick.
