Sad to see Sam's do the old butcher's trick of hiding bad cuts under the top that shows beautiful ones. Trim them correctly, please.

We found this steak rather tough. It was prepared properly, but unfortunately it wasn't quite up to our expectations.

Marked choice, but some packs of New York strips are closer to prime quality marbling. Grill up nice and tender.

My wife did not see the price and I almost fainted when she came home and I saw it. Way overpriced. Almost $22 a pound!

These steaks were tough. They were chewy. I didn't marinate them, but at $14 a pound I didn't think I had to.

Look for chefs recipes online we have and delicious the steak was amazing tender melt in your mouth like Ruth chris’s- you’ll have to by 2” thick @ $40-$60

Yes, a steak can be cut too thick. They are great steaks but since the price has come down, at my store at least, they decided to cut them way thicker than they used to cut them. The cuts used to be a little under a lb now they are way over that.
