I cooked one steak to a perfect medium and then wore out my jaw trying to eat it. The meat was tough, chewy with too much connective tissue for "choice". I spit out much of it because I could not masticate it enough to swallow. I returned the remaining steaks to the store, I was grateful to get my money back.

Even though, there is always a smaller 4th steak in every package(Great, as a back-up, or next day steak, to go with leftover veggies). These steak's are always great on the grill. The char even taste's great! Now, I have had mid-western beef in the past, and that's exactly what this tastes like to me. And, the mid-western steak's I am referring to, were butchered from the cow, literally about an hour before we paid for them, in Kansas. And, I always use my own rub on them, before I vacuum seal them in the vacuum sealed bag's, so they can marinade overnight. From my experience with these steak's, it has always been a great experience. And, my family has been buying steak's from our local Sam's Club, for decade's. And, we have never been disappointed, in all aspect's, as far as I can remember...

Cooking steaks for a large crowd is becoming very expensive so I turned to Sam’s Club. I was completely impressed. The steaks are never frozen. The size was perfect and with my son in laws grilling talent, we had 14 wonderful tasting Strip steaks!!! We will purchase again.

We bought this 4-pack of steaks for $39.53. The first two were not good. They were tough and had gristle running through them. I considered taking the other two back to the store, but didn’t. We just now attempted to have them for supper. They were the toughest steaks I have ever had and also had gristle. Basically, I tried to chew the meat, got the flavor, and had to spit the meat out. It was inedible. I wouldn’t give it to my dog. Thank goodness for half a baked potato. I would rate these a zero if I could.

We have been buying these for years. The steaks looked like they would be good, but they were the toughest steaks I have ever had in my babyboomer life! We couldn't eat them. Literally. We have another 2 in the freezer and my husband said maybe we could dice them and simmer in chili. I hope this is not another cutback. They wouldn't have passed as select grade...so disappointing.

The original Steak online was price $54.99. When i went to pick the Steaks up i check the price on the label. They was label $25. But i was charged $49. I was suppose to get for times the amout because Sams over charged for Steak. But they refunded the difference. if i would have pulled off after they loaded my car before checking i wouldve never knew that i was over charged.

These steaks are really delicious. Yummy!!!
