These streaks were great. It took a a some time to find streaks as good as we were used to. We are very pleased with these. We are first time Sam’s members.

What do you think they do with all that beef that no one buys? These definitely are not worth the price. When did cows start producing gold? That is the only way this beef would be worth the price, if I found a gold nugget in it.

Good cuts of meat. To cold for the grill here but they do great on the broiler if you let them warm to close to room temp being so thick. They stay tender and juicy delicious.

We normally have really good luck with steaks at Sam’s club. They were nice and thick but very gristly. My husband is the “best” when it comes to grilling but he can’t control this issue.

These steaks were the toughest steaks we have had. We grilled two of them and those were tough. We marinated the other two thinking that would tenderize them but those were still tough.

Steak price is high and quality is not as good as it once was. Tough and more fat on the cut than should be. Honestly beef suppliers are pricing themselves off the American dinner table.
