These steaks are an inch thick, maybe 1.5 inches. My son and I split one and it's perfect. They grill so nicely. Super easy dinner and makes weeknights feel like the weekend. They taste so good! So tender without tenderizing.

I bought these steaks while visiting with family as a treat. The steaks were fatty and tough. My BIL could eat very little due to the sinew in his steak. Very disappointing.

Decent price compared to local grocery stores. Steaks looked good and had some marbling. However, after cooking them they were tough. I’ve been cooking steaks for 50 years so it’s not lack of experience. Just tough meat.

New York Strip Steak was so tough that I thought I was eating a poor grade sirlion steak which I don't buy. I have tried several meats and pork chops have bone chips. I'm done buying meat at Sam's.

Sams has great meat. I like buying these steaks and freezing them individually so that when the hubby and I want a steak, they are ready to thaw and grill.

These were the best steaks I've ever had that weren't filet mignons. I normally will only buy the filets but my husband asked me to try something else. I did and now I know I can buy more meat for the same amount of money.

Good cuts of meat. To cold for the grill here but they do great on the broiler if you let them warm to close to room temp being so thick. They stay tender and juicy delicious.

We normally have really good luck with steaks at Sam’s club. They were nice and thick but very gristly. My husband is the “best” when it comes to grilling but he can’t control this issue.

Steaks were on sale , car empty, buzzed into butcher, gentleman came out, asked me to wait so I did for maybe 5-8 minutes. He came out with packages of fresh cut steaks and offered me my pick! I loved his prompt service!

This batch was not as tender and lacked flavor compared to these same steaks bought in the past. Understand that steaks will vary for cow to cow including the feed and local of them being raised. We've had better NY Strips from Sam's.
