Three of the steaks were great. However, the fourth was only a combination of 3 or 4 pieces of trimmings that were tough and mostly gristle mashed together. (to look like a steak??)

You buy 4 in package and one is always terrible, grisily, bone-in, and hidden on the bottom, turned upside down, so you don't know. We purchase in good faith and they burn you! Nothing you can do anout it.

Awful. 1. The fat you see here is nothing, the hidden, at least an inch or more is hidden on the downside. In addition, you couldn't even chew these steaks, they were full of grizzle. Returned.

Needed some steak for a grill out and these exceeded my expectations. A week later we were in Florida and were hosting some neighbors so went to Sam’s and they had these so bought more. Steaks are nice and thick so easy to cook to requested temp.

Depends on the day and cow. But the day I purchased these they had light trim of fat on the edge and great marbling. I usually do ribeyes but they had huge pieces of fat in the middle.

Rib eyes have gotten so expensive we've been trying cheaper options, and the New York strips are the standout. Better marbling and more tender than a sirloin, less fat than a rib eye and flavor as good as a filet.

meat had a smell like old ground beef smells. so now I believe big box companies use something to make their meats look fresh. use to get a 4 pack of strips for the price of the 2. I'll go back to the butcher shop in wynne like I normally do.

I was a little leary about getting steaks by pick-up ... but the were wonderful. Some of the best steaks I've ever cooked out on the grill! Will definitely purchase again & again!

Meat was very tender and cut at right thickness for me. Had great flavor and right amount of fat within the steak. Will buy again, especially when they go on sale again.

Good price and good thickness, but weren't as tender as I wanted. I marinated overnight and cooked on the grill and they were ok, but not as tender as I like. If I buy them again , I will tenderize better.
