Butter in cast iron on stove, transfer to oven til medium rare. Just oil, salt, and pepper. Perfectly tender every time. Even better when we get a 4 lb pack on sale $35.

I am handicapped and bought these for delivery. I bought strip steak thinking I was getting New York strip steaks. What I got was sirloin steaks and they tasted like cardboard. I would not recommend anyone buy them.

Used to be very good but now is worst than Kroger's.

Much better steak than their scam PRIME SIRLOIN, 50 cents a lb. more but well worth it.
