Gret battery at a great price, used as a replacement battery for my zero turn mower. Took old one out and put new one in and away we went on cutting grass.

Just replaced the same make & model that lasted me 5yrs. In FL, you're lucky to have a battery last 3yrs.. Average is 3-6 yrs. The Duracell did very well.

Shopped around and found the best price in town for a reputable battery manufacturer Duracell making 12Vdc Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) battery for my John Deere Tractor

The failure of the Briggs & Stratton "compression release canshaft" is giving riding mower batteries a bad reputation. Your battery didn't fail, your Briggs compression release failed and the torque resistance required to start your engine overcame your battery. (It's a starter motor killer too)

I have this battery in both of my riding mowers, and the auto version in all 4 of my vehicles. I always recommend these batteries when a friend has a battery issue. The ones in my lawn mower are finishing out their 6th and 7 year. The 7 year old one just quit this past Friday and I will be replacing it with another one on Monday.

The $20 core charge is not addressed in the sale price. I would bring the old battery in for credit if I knew ahead of time.

Bought this Nov 2025. I used the mower most of the winter with a pull behind cart ,moving landscape products and cleaning up yard debris. Stored in garage and used for mowing in 2026. It's October 2026 and it takes multiple tries to get it to crank. My old battery took 7 years to die; wasn't a Duracell. Bought the name for quality but apparently that's no more.

I was given a hard time by your employee saying battery I returned wasn't the same it was the exact same battery

Disapponted in Sams Club for offering such a poor product. Bought this battery in March 2018 to replace a different brand from auto part store that lasted about 5 years, at a similar price point. It is now May 2019, battery is dead and will not accept a charge from my charger/conditioner. Was stored inside for the winter, and charged prior to first use of this cutting season.
