I like the large quantity & quality of this shredded cheese. I divide the cheese into smaller portions and pop them in the freezer until needed.

Someone messed up on this bag because there was only Colby in it. No Monterey Jack. Was very surprised.

overall this is a good deal - however it regularly smells foul (like bad feet) and needs to be thrown away
