I freeze in smaller bags, great flavor

separate into 3 bags and freeze 2... always defrost good

We go through a regular bag of shredded cheese each week. I finally broke down and bought this 5lb bag. It has lasted us about 2 weeks. It should get us to the end of the month, which is great. Also, the price point is so nice.

Love the cheese love though packaging it’s always fresh. I can always find it.
