separate into 3 bags and freeze 2... always defrost good

Love having this bag

We go through a regular bag of shredded cheese each week. I finally broke down and bought this 5lb bag. It has lasted us about 2 weeks. It should get us to the end of the month, which is great. Also, the price point is so nice.

We eat a lot of cheese on the low carb diet, and this is a good economic value.

Good cheese, melts well, wish it has a real ziploc bag the strip won't stick if the bag is damp.

Spoils much too quickly. This is a new problem with this product.
