Better than shredding myself, good quantity

We eat a lot of cheese on the low carb diet, and this is a good economic value.

Great taste and I love breaking this up into baggies so that we have cheese for at least a month and the rest goes in the freezer.

This is good cheese and I like the big bag. I divide it into 8 ounce portions and keep it in the freezer.

Love this value sized pack for stocking up for my family. I like grabbing two at a time and tossing one in the freezer to use later in the month.

Too much “anti clump” The cheese is consistently “powdery” and doesn’t melt quite as well as it should. Could have gotten a bad batch, as I used to use the all the time.

Have used this product for years. Better than grocery store shredded cheeses & a better buy. For the two of us, I divide it into quart freezer bags and take out of the freezer as needed.
