We shopped around looking to replace my 30 year old washer. When we seen this washer/dryer combo, we were interested. It saves space in my utility room and I like the idea of not having to remember to put clothes in the dryer. This combo is quiet and saves on water. It even plays a tune to let you know the load is done.

First and for most this unit has a lot of great features and cycles. I suggest before just throwing in a load and see what happens. Take some time and review the on line manual. It is a washer and dryer as well as wash /dryer. It has over 20 different cycles and combinations of wash and or dry. THere are several options built into most of the cycles. I really like the detergent / softner reservoirs and they are adjustable on how much they dispense. Looking fwd to using more of the features. It washers great and the heat pump does a very good job of drying towels. My wife loves the lighted tub. She can see if anything is left in it when empting it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the product for a couple of weeks now, and I must say, overall, this is a great product! The installation guys were super friendly! They made sure that everything was installed correctly and to my satisfaction. The wash is very effective. I love that it has so many different wash settings available for all the different types of wash, articles of clothing, fabric, etc. It is also very convenient to set each setting through the app that I downloaded. This machine is also very very big. A lot bigger than other washers that I've ever used. The only small negative that I can say is that the drying process does take longer than initially expected. However, this being a washer & dryer combo, the tradeoff of having a slightly longer dryer cycle is well worth the convenience. I do not mind having a longer dryer cycle if all I have to do is load the machine and walk away. I rather have the longer cycles rather than having to return and reload it into a separate machine. I did notice that if I put in lighter loads (no towels or beddings) it dries a lot quicker, but again, I personally don't want to do multiple loads and rather do one large long cycle. As someone who is all about convenience, this machine is perfect for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first LG washing machine! So far it’s great! Learning experiences for sure, but worth every penny! The first few washes had a strong odor of machining I would say. I ran a tub clean cycle with bleach two times and now there is no smell. I also followed instructions of washing the first load as 6 towels. I also did white towels to add bleach as well. Definitely a game changer, as I thought it would be tough not doing multiple loads at once-as you would with separate units. But it just takes a little planning and now it is easier. I love using my ThinQ app to show me where it is in the process. I use the same laundry detergent for every load, and while this may not be a new feature, I love the fact I can load in all detergent and fabric softener in bulk. While this unit is heavier than most, the amount of laundry that it can hold is outstanding. I’d like to do a follow up review once my electric bill comes. It’s only hooked up with 110, where my old washing machine was 110 but my dryer was 220.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit is nice to look at, very easy to setup with only 2 inlet hoses 1 outlet hose and a 120v plug. Easy controls with a intuitive app to pair with it. If it wasnt for the fact 2 units had to be returned because of a LE2 Compressor error code it'd be 5 stars.

Bought this to replace a separate washer dryer unit. At first the novelty was great. This unit is compact, and seems to work ok, but then months down the line you start realizing the shortcomings. The dryer feature takes FOREVER to dry. In some cases it actually never dries a full load after 4-5 hours. Then the other downside is, this thing STINKS. The first few months it smelled great, then it started smelly skunky. I tried the tub steam feature, used various washer tabs that supposedly deep clean, but the smell doesn't go away. Buy only if you like stinky clothes that take forever to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of washing and drying at the same time and this product does just that! However I am not sure a 3 hour cycle is energy efficient. Nevertheless, I am happy with the product for the most part. You can add detergent and softener so it is in the machine already. The lint is captured in the dryer for you to remove. The remote control on the phone app to control washing and drying cycles work as intended. I only wish there was more options for the drying time when we chose to wash only and then dry later.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my machine for a couple weeks now and for the most part it does do a normal load in under 2 hours, but I have found that some loads like towels will take longer. There seems to be a little more maintenance to this machine then a reguar one. You have to periodically clean the boot because lint builds up on it. The machine is fairly quiet no louder then my old front loader, it also seems to spin at a much higher speed. It seems to have a little smell maybe like a mechanical smell when i initially take the clothes out, but it seems to go away and the clothes smell clean. We bought a pedastal with a washer called the sidekick because the machine does sit lower then my old front load washer so we needed to raise it up some. Overall I am happy with it.

This appliance effortlessly simplifies my life. Whether I find myself running behind, tired, or simply tackling laundry day, this is a dream machine in every sense. The start it and forget it functionality of the washer and drier unit is the best part. Especially for someone like me who always forgets to transfer to the drier. After a long days, then soccer practice, and having to have a fresh uniform ready for the next day, I simply start a cycle at night. The next morning I find a perfectly washed and dried uniform. My wife loves that she can wash a load of kids’ clothes and leave for work. You don’t have to worry about transferring loads. The design of it all is pretty great too. It’s sleek, modern, simple, and easy to figure out with the built-in AI tech. The dial also makes it easy to use alongside the touch panel, so you get the settings for your wash just right. It's pretty quiet, it doesn't make much noise and overall dries well.

I bought this product last July, since then I have had nothing but issues with it. It takes any one load 3-4 hrs to go through the wash dry cycle and sometimes after that i still have to add more dry time. This is even with sorting down all my clothes to go with each cycle selection. I also have on the setting to be notified when you detergent and softener is low and well it quit doing that already. The lint trap is also very damp after each use and very hard to clean because of it. I have called about these issues 3 times already and have gotten no help at all. For a machine this expensive I should not be having these issues, I personally just want it out of my house and refunded but I just keep getting dodged when I bring this up on any given call because their machine is so great and its user error. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!
